This document sets out the terms of use of piro.com.ua (hereinafter — "the Website") and the rules for purchasing products from the PIRO store. By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement.

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

• The User agrees to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws of Ukraine.
• The User is fully responsible for the safe use of any pyrotechnic products.
• The Seller agrees to process orders in a timely manner and ensure proper delivery and customer support.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment and delivery terms are described on the "Payment and Delivery" page. Orders are shipped within Ukraine via Nova Poshta.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days of receipt if the product has not been used and is in its original condition.

6. Liability

• The Seller is not liable for consequences resulting from misuse or illegal use of the products.
• The User agrees to follow safety guidelines and not use products in restricted or prohibited locations.

7. Personal Data

When placing an order, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data. Data is used solely for order fulfillment and is not shared with third parties, except delivery services.

8. Final Provisions

The Seller may change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page.
