2. How to place an order?

1. Select the product on our website and click "Buy" or "Add to Cart".
2. Go to the cart and click "Checkout".
3. Enter your contact details: full name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
4. Choose your preferred payment and delivery method.
5. Confirm your order. Our manager may contact you for clarification if needed.

3. Payment methods

• Online payment via secure bank card gateway.
• Bank transfer based on provided account details.
• Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta).

4. Delivery conditions

We deliver orders across Ukraine using Nova Poshta. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your region.

• Delivery to a branch or to your door by courier.
• Delivery cost is based on Nova Poshta’s current rates.
• Free shipping is available for large orders (check with our manager).

5. Order processing

Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during non-working hours or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

6. Important to know

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
• Our manager may call you to confirm availability or delivery details.
• We reserve the right to decline processing an order if the buyer fails to provide valid information or violates site terms.
