Delivery

We deliver orders throughout Ukraine with the help of our reliable partner, Nova Poshta. This means you can be sure that your order will be delivered quickly and in full.

• Delivery times: 1–3 business days (depending on the region).
• Pickup points: choose a convenient Nova Poshta branch or order courier delivery right to your doorstep.
• Delivery cost: according to Nova Poshta rates. Free delivery is available for orders over a certain amount (check the conditions with the manager).

Payment

We offer several convenient payment options:

• Online payment on the website: by bank card through a secure payment gateway. Payment is processed instantly, and your order is immediately sent for processing.
• Payment by bank transfer: transfer to our bank account. Payment details will be sent after the order is placed.
• Cash on delivery (COD): payment upon receipt of goods at a Nova Poshta branch. The cash on delivery fee is calculated according to the carrier's rates.

Returns and exchanges

If the goods did not suit you or were damaged during delivery, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support service for detailed information and further instructions.
